How to Add a New (or Existing) Client to the System

What is needed:

When adding a new potential customer - It is imperative that these details as an absolute minimum:

  • Name
  • Company Name
  • Email 
  • Phone Number

Additionally their webite/ address details when possible. But if you cannot get these straight away, please find the potential customer online, and gather the details on there to be added.

How to Add:

Craig Greason, from the Bishop's Stortford Golf Club is being used as a working example. 

All details that we have/ know about Craig need to be added to this area. I have used his details from his email, however the company details are also all on Sentinel/Xero.

On the main page there is a navigation bar on the left side - click on "People" under the left column. When first logging in, this is normally the first page to present itself.

Click on New Record on the Right hand side

image.png  and this new Box will appear - Please fill in all relevent details.

You can press the drop down menu under company and press on Add New.

It will then ask you to fill in the Company details in the same way as the Person - details you can find on wiki entry: here

Once the person's details have been entered in full, thier entry will now appear on the main screen in full.
