How to Add a New (or Existing) Client to the System
What is needed:
When adding a new potential customer - It is imperative that these details as an absolute minimum:
- Company Name
- Address
- Email Address
How to Add:
Bishop's Stortford Golf Club is being used as a working example.
On the main page there is a navigation bar on the left side - click on "Companies" under the left column. When first logging in, this is normally the first page to present itself.
Click on New Record on the Right hand side
and this new Box will appear - Please fill in all relevent details.
Assign an account Manager by clicking on Account owner and selecting the person who will manage the account
You can the assign People from the People List to the Company. Craig has been assigned to the Golf Club as you can see here:
Once the Company detaild have been entered in full, the entry will now appear on the main screen in full.
